Yes, we are a pet-friendly community and allow up to 2 pets per apartment.  The monthly pet pet fee $30 for one pet or $50 for two.  There is also a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet or $500 for two.  The weight limit 35 lbs maximum at full growth.  All pets must be up to date on vaccinations.

The application fee is $75 per person, age 18 or older.

The administrative fee is $125 and is due at move-in.

We do not base approvals solely on a credit score. Applications are reviewed based on several factors to provide a fair evaluation.

Yes! Each apartment includes a full-size, in-unit stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Residents are responsible for water, electricity, and gas. All utilities are individually metered and billed directly through the utility company.  Gas is required only for the heat.

We do not offer covered parking or carports. However, parking is completely free and uncovered. Spaces are first come, first served, and residents will receive a parking pass after registering their vehicle with the office.

No. However, we have covered stairwells in each corridor for easy access to all floors of the building.

The holding fee is $299, due within 48 hours of approval. This amount is applied toward your move-in costs.

Yes! We have some select apartments that include private patios or balconies.  The community also offers two beautiful outdoor gazebo areas with seating and BBQ grills for residents to enjoy.

Apartments feature luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, with carpeted bedrooms and closets for added comfort.
